Born in Dublin, 1961, Irish actor Liam Cunningham started his professional life as an electrician. In the mid-eighties he saw an advert asking for actors to audition and never looked back. His first film credit featured him as a policeman in Into the West and he followed that with War of the Buttons, A Little Princess, First Knight, Jude and The Life of Stuff. Cunningham's more recent credits include A Love Divided, The Island of the Mapmaker's Wife and The Abduction Club. His notable television appearances include Cracker, A Handful of Stars, Roughnecks, Falling for a Dancer, Shooting the Past, Too Rich: The Secret Life of Doris Duke, A Likeness in Stone, RKO 281, Attila and Rebel Heart, the latter with his Revelation co-star, James D'Arcy |
